MYSTICAL MENTORS Under the Thumb By T. Stokes


This is the handprint of Tracie Austin-Peters, the host of the hit TV show, “Let’s Talk Paranormal”. The show deals with all aspects of the paranormal and has all the big names in the spiritual and UFO world on the program.


The first thing to ascertain if you look at relatives and friends hands is to establish which of the 4 hand shapes they have. These are square with medium to short fin- gers, which used to be called the useful hand as they are hard workers who can turn their hand to most manual tasks. Newer palmists refer to this shape as the Earth hand, as these people are reliable stable plodders with much earthy common sense. Indian palmists have the saying, “the earth is slow but the ox is patient”. Tracy’s earth hand means she is a girl who can wait years for what she wants, and what she wants are emotional and financial security.


Now when I look at a hand, I ask what the hand wants to say to me, to tell its story if you like. Tracy has clear head lines which go straight across the hand. (1) This is the most common for the earth hand type. The water hand will have a sloping line. The well formed hand shows a well formed body, and Tracy is certainly a looker.


The early life is read in the left hand and you may notice the little or Mercury finger is thinner shorter and lower set than in the right ( 2) this tells us that she kept a lot to herself as a child and did not bond easily with her mother and my guess from several conjoined factors is that her father was emotionally not very approachable either. This has molded her feelings toward men in later life. Psychologists tell us that the first man in a baby girl’s life will determine how she sees men ever after and the pattern follows that she may well be attracted to similar men.


Her first serious boyfriend shows in her palm at 17 years of age. The month of March is significant show- ing a deep consolidation considered at age 20 and 22. Her early forays into the romantic fields were not that ful- filling, but the second half of her life promises so much. A late developer sexually and emotionally, her commu- nicative powers are now more open, in fact the older she gets the more in touch she becomes.


The relationship of the head to Heart lines is paramount (3) her heart l i n e is flat showing the men she should be happiest with is a man she can communicate with and be herself, a soul mate who is mentally on the same

page as herself. Most women go for good looking or well presented men, but for her that’s not as impor- tant as the feeling of togetherness and the sharing of similar goals. Her heart line is a head ruling heart type. Every woman’s needs from a man are different. Hers are stability maturity and security. For Tracy to get her needs met adequately she should probably choose a man 8 to10 years older than she is. The American feminist psychologists have had a long running dispute over whether women should base their relationships on friendships or not, but this girl would have to base it on friendship every time. Obviously a personal reading will contain far more information.


Her health line shown at (4) indicates either irritable bowel syndrome or intestinal anomalies. Any change in bowel habits should mean a visit to the doctors for a checkup. Safe is always better than sorry later. Her gynecological landscape looks like she has some minor problems in this area. I usually recommend unsweet- ened cranberry juice twice a week in this situation.


We can tell a lot about her family cardiovascular history and my guess is she already suffers from cold in her physical extremities.


The thumb is perhaps the most important aspect in any reading and hers bears the ‘elephants eye’ mark, (5) the elephant is a sacred animal to Hindus and this means a person with the memory of the elephant, concentrative ability and a spiritual side to the personality which is tempered with logic and common sense. In fact, along with the straight head line, this can show someone involved in psychology and business.


The mount under the Thumb base (6) is high hard and full, this shows love of music and this coupled with the forked headline says a book is forthcoming. Two years ago she had a karmic year and seeds for this book were sown at that time. The saying “under the thumb” perfectly describes the feel- ing that destiny selects us to be a servant to something. For Tracy this book may be written about the people on her show and what they have contributed.


The Saturn finger is a little short, and the heavy ring on the left hand is significant


as Saturn rings always show an element of insecurity, the heavy ring shows a heavy bur- den of anxiety for what the future may bring. This is a stubborn lady with loads of career confidence. Her boat really comes in during November 2013.
