Names New CFO Duncan Solutions has announced that Norman Brooks, an
experienced finance and human resources executive, has joined the company as its chief financial officer. He joins Duncan following a successful 13-year career with
Yaskawa Electric America, a manufacturer and distributor of industrial motors and automation controls. Brooks had served Yaskawa as CFO since 2004. Prior to that, he had held various financialmanagement roles for the company. “I feel fortunate to be able to attract a CFO with the talent
and experience that Norman brings,” saidMike Nickolaus, Dun- can’s President and CEO. Brooks replaces PatrickMele,who had served asCFOsince
