The North Buncombe Middle School volleyball team won the school’s first French Broad Conference Tournament title Saturday (Oct. 16), winning a two-game set against Enka. Assistant coach Heather Ross said, “We played really unselfish and played as a team.” The BlackHawks finished the regular season 9-2, tying for the regular-season crown.

and see where they go,” Wise said.
