Brigid’s Crossing Presents Jane Goodall at Food & Thought

for Brigid’s Crossing Cat Sanctuary, will host a special luncheon with Dr. Jane Goodall at 1 p.m., February 13, at Food & Thought 100% Organic Farm Market & Café, in Naples. Guests will enjoy organic food and enlightening thoughts in an informal, courtyard setting as Goodall shares her ideas about animal rescue and discusses her latest book, Hope for Animals and Their World – How Endangered Species Are Being Rescued from the Brink. rescue organization founded by Addison Fischer and Heather Burch. The no-cage, no-kill foundation takes in kittens and cats with special needs and behavioral issues. Allopathic veterinarian care is pro- vided locally through Gulfshore Animal Hospital, in Naples, and the foundation also consults with other holistic, homeo- pathic and naturopathic veterinarians. Adoptions are available after a thorough screening process.
