Joyful Yoga Offers Teacher Training

Spa, in Bonita Springs, will offer a flexible, 200- hour Yoga Alli- ance-accredited teacher training program, start- ing January 29.


Eight weekend sessions, led by ERYTs Emily Chiodo Levy, Christian Valeriani and Aleen Dailey, MS, CES, will provide the tools to effectively teach yoga, deepen one’s understanding of this experiential science and nurture greater insight into one’s self. The curriculum will include tech-


nique training/practice; teaching meth- odology; anatomy and physiology; and yoga philosophy. Individual modules may be taken for CEU credit. Individuals who do not wish to become a certified yoga instructor can opt out of practice teaching and tests. The facility also offers more than 30


classes for all levels of practice, work- shops, yoga retreats, massage therapy, skincare and Ayurvedic consultation.
