Gavin Laird Craig has joined Davis Tate as an area Director covering Thame and the
surrounding villages, as a Personal Estate Agent. Gavin has been involved with major estate agencies in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire for the last 25 years as has a thorough knowledge of country and town property in the area. In addition he spent three years with a licensed property broker selling freehold pubs and hotels in Bucks, Berks and Oxon; this is also a part of the business he plans to develop. “It will be great having
the back up of a young enthusiastic team from a business which has been established for almost 20 years and manages over 900 properties on the lettings side, and one which has a terrific sales record. We are here to get things done to the satisfaction of our clients – that’s our purpose and of course to have a bit of fun along the way!
Following the launch of two new offices in north London this spring, Foxtons is capitalising on the growth in the market by branching out across London. This will develop Foxtons’ existing business in Streatham as well as spreading out towards new areas in Norbury, Streatham Vale and Norwood. James Evans, Area Director for

leaDers aCquires aCCent Leaders has acquired Accent Property Management in Cambridge, after being identified by Accent directors, Stephen Chard and Neil Robinson, as the company to which they wished to sell their business. This is Leaders first agency in Cambridgeshire.
Lock says, “It had long been our intention to amalgamate the offices under the one name when the time was right. We were very much of the view that a traditionally strong market like Brighton would be amongst the very first to bounce back, and the strength of the Cubitt & West brand meant we would be ideally placed to capitalise on that recovery when it came.
