Denise Cannon, a student in Urban and Regional Planning from Heriot Watt University joins the Planning team in Edinburgh. Colin Campbell, who recently completed a Masters in Real Estate at Reading University, joins the Agency and Development team in Edinburgh; and Andrew Mearns, a Real Estate Management student from Heriot Watt University joins the Retail team in Glasgow. The graduate trainees will, over


a two year period, rotate departments to gain experience from the broad professional base offered by both Jones Lang LaSalle’s offices. These include Agency, Property Management, Valuation and Planning.

GL Hearn has invested in three of the biggest names in UK planning. Giulia Bunting, Shaun Andrews and Graeme Tulley are all set to join GL Hearn’s Planning and Development team over the next few months.


Brian Sloggett, MD, said, “We are delighted that Giulia, Shaun and Graeme, all heads of planning at major international consultancies, will be joining our team. Managers. The new managers from Aldershot, Sunbury, Brook Green and Hounslow branches graduated from the Townends Lettings Academy, which provides a platform to train individuals who have been running their own lettings branch and learning whilst on the job. Caroline Kavanagh, Group


Five graduates have been awarded places on a top management training scheme run by Spicerhaart Residential Lettings. The scheme, now in its fourth year, is designed to cover every aspect of the residential lettings business from induction to management. Katie Boot, Natasha Holden, Rhian Jones, Amelia Ponting and Jonathan Pott were selected from hundreds of candidates following a nationwide search.
