From The Top was the best view in town. For most delegates, speakers and exhibitors, the first word uttered when they arrived on the 29th Floor of Millbank Tower was “WOW!”

Lettings professionals with a short journey from London and the south east were joined by many more who had travelled from as far afield as Aberystwyth, Bristol, Glasgow, Inverness, Grantham, Malvern, Northampton and Warrington. Some were already NALS accredited agents, others were not; some were large corporate agencies, others were smaller independents – an excellent cross section of the lettings market – all of whom were very welcome.
