Energy & Healing Awareness Seminar

ifu John Toy, a Tai chi and Qigong master, and Sensei Mike Sipala, an accupressure therapist and Tai chi and Qigong
instructor, will conduct an Energy and Healing Awareness seminar in Naples during November, helping participants learn to heal others by correctly balancing human energy. The first session, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., November 13,
will introduce and demonstrate Qigong and includes lunch. The second session, from noon to 4 p.m., November 14, will instruct on awareness development, correct centering techniques, pres- sure points and Qigong logic. At the third session, from noon to 4 p.m., November 15, participants are encouraged to bring friends with ailments, in order to test their newly acquired skills or to observe Master Toy work on them.
Cost: $20/first session; $125 each/second and third. $200 for entire seminar if pre-registered by November 5. Space is limited. Location: White Dragon Martial Arts Center, 10265 N. Tamiami Trail. Dharma Circle Formed in Fort Myers

ndividuals interested in Buddhism can explore its spiritual path via Rissho Kosei-kai’s new Fort Myers Dharma Circle, which will meet from 1:45 to 3:45 p.m. on the second and fourth Sundays of each month, at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Fort Myers. Each free session will include recitation from the Lotus
Sutra; a dharma talk; a hoza, or dharma discussion circle; and a short meditation period. “Through mutual learning and discussion of Buddhism, we
hope to make our lives and world happier and more peaceful,” says Dharma Leader Mary Tracy Sigman.
