Terminal Near you – The e-1132 SFA Application Form –
For some time an e-1132 Working Group have been developing an on-line form for the application of Service Families Accommodation. Here the Chairman, Gerald Mierzynski, explains

rospective applicants wishing to apply for Service Family Accommodation (SFA) in Great Britain will soon be
able to do so electronically from anywhere in the world via the Defence Intranet.
A User Working Group within Defence Estates Ops Housing has been working on the development of this project for several months and it is hoped the electronic form will be available in October 2010.
The site is currently in the development stage and the User Working Group continue to liaise with interested parties in respect
of key initiatives and issues that should ensure a smooth and successful transition to an electronic format.
Even after launch, the paper version of the form will still be readily available to occupants without access to the Intranet however, it is hoped the e-1132 will give applicants greater flexibility in applying for SFA and also speed up the processing of applications which should benefit both the Housing Information Centres (HICs) and the applicant.
