motive concerns. When you go to this area there’s a tool for entering your car information. The system looks up the transmission type and includes it in the information form (figure 4) where the consumer asks their question and submits it to ATRA. This gives ATRA a way to set up a report with the customer, and… depending on the nature of the question, refer them to an ATRA member shop nearby. Of course this new site has
some feature of the previous site like a consumer information page (figure 5), the fix it or trade it calculator (figure 6), and links to the ATRA FaceBook and Twitter pages.
This project has been a year in
the making and is a major addition to the services ATRA provided to its members. With the successful completion of this project, ATRA is ready for the next one.
