MY HORSE & ME
A terrific new website has been brought to our attention, by USEF, that
the Junior crowd and tweens will enjoy. A site full of screensavers, pictures,
videos, games and even forums, all centered around horses, specifically our
jumping sport. It is the first horse riding game to be Officially licensed by the
International Equestrian Federation (FEI). Certainly worth checking it out!
HEIDI KIM
ended her east coast journey as Reserve Champion World Hunter Rider
Overall National Champion and tied for Reserve Champion A/A Hunters
at Capital Challenge.
MEGAN EDRICK
has turned Professional and has a terrific new job with Joie Gatlin in San
Juan Capistrano. Another generation of trainers!!
JOEY NORICK
has located his sales business at Mike Edrick Stables in Malibu, California.
Selling quality hunters and jumpers, he is now within driving distance for West
Coast trainers and clients.
LIZ DENNEY
has moved her business to Moorpark. A mainstay of the Flintridge program
for over 16 years, she has taken a position at a new barn being built in the
northwest LA area.
FRANCIE STEINWEDELL-CARVIN
has taken a trip back to our roots and is spending 3 days with Thea (Neilson)
Disney in the wilds of Billings, Montana. Thea’s husband, Ed, is a competitor
in the Ranch Roping Finals for the states.

PEGGY AND PARRY THOMAS
of Las Vegas, bought the high sale Hanoverian at the recent Elite sale
in Verden, Germany. 400,000 Euros ($568,424.00 US Dollars), the
chestnut mare, Argentina, will go to their farm in Sun Valley, Idaho for
Bob and Debbie McDonald to train for Debbie’s high performance Dressage. Jewelry
