Air France and KLM have launched a cen-
tral agents’ website, replacing
airfrance.biz
(Air France) and
agent.net (KLM).
The new site,
afkl.biz, is an interactive
communication tool with the latest commer-
cial and operational data, support for making
group bookings, useful contacts, and more
lighthearted tools such as agent quizzes.
Air New Zealand has also revamped its
trade site,
airnewzealandtrade.com, with a
live destination feed from Tourism New
Zealand and other new features. To encour-
age agents to check it out, ANZ has launched
a photo competition, asking agents to send
in their favourite holiday snap from a desti-
nation on the ANZ or Star Alliance network.
Photos will be showcased on the site, with a
prize of two return tickets to New Zealand.
Domestic flights on India’s JetLite, sister
of Jet Airways, are now displayed on GDSs
as code-share flights, so members of the Jet
Privilege programme can earn air miles on
internal flights as well as international.
