FREE running is a modern day physical
art that incorporates acrobatics and
movement. Free running’s founder
Sebastien Foucan sees the movements as
‘using the environment to develop
yourself and to always keep moving and
not to go backwards.’
Using combinations of jumps, leaps,
vaults and acrobatics whilst moving
forwards free running can be an
extremely strenuous activity.
