Bentek Solar Receives Patents for Inverter Racks
San Jose, CA — Bentek Solar, a man- ufacturer of products that connect PV panels to inverters, has received patents for its PowerRack and Pow- erSkid. Over the past year, the com- pany has been able to provide bene- fits in labor, materials and time with its commercial rooftop inverter in- stallations. The PowerRack is designed to
fit most three-phase inverters includ- ing ABB, Chint, Schneider, SMA, Solar Edge, SolarMax, and Solectria. It can be shipped directly to a com- mercial job site and used to install three-phase inverters within ten feet of a PV array. It is compliant with NEC 2014 section 690.12 Rapid Shutdown Requirements. The company also integrates
commercial three-phase inverters and its own AC disconnects in its fac-
