NCL returns to UK in 2017 with Southampton sailings

Norwegian Cruise Line is to reintroduce sailings from the UK in 2017.
Norwegian Jade will sail from Southampton and will be the line’s first UK-dedicated ship since 2010. The ship will operate 11
western Europe and three Norwegian fjords sailings between May 12 and June 20, and August 7 and October 16, 2017. There will also be two shorter taster cruises. Norwegian Jade will arrive in
Europe after a two-and-a-half- week stint in drydock. Ports of call featured on its
itineraries include Hamburg, Amsterdam, Zeebrugge, Le Havre, Alesund, Geiranger and Bergen. Norwegian Jade will be one
of five Norwegian ships sailing in Europe in 2017 – the line’s biggest-ever deployment. Norwegian Getaway will sail
eight or nine-night Baltic Capitals cruises to and from Copenhagen. Norwegian Epic will sail in
the western Mediterranean; Norwegian Spirit will offer 10 and 11-night voyages between Barcelona and Venice; and Norwegian Star will sail between

Newell’s Travel quits Global Travel Group to rejoin Worldchoice

Norwegian Escape, which launched in October 2015, will sail in the Caribbean from Miami in summer 2017.
