DISTRICT 3 — SOUTH CENTRAL OKLAHOMA Cash Reward Offered for Information on Woods County Cattle Thefts A cash reward of up to $2,000 has been offered
through the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers As- sociation (TSCRA) Operation Cow Thief for useful infor- mation leading to the arrest of suspect(s) responsible for multiple cattle thefts in the Woods County, Okla., area. Bouziden Brothers and Sons have reported 41 head of
yearling steers missing from their property located in the Waynoka area of Woods County. The victims said the ma- jority of the steers are black, with a few red and Charolais steers mixed in the group. The steers are branded with a “U” on the right hip. They also had purple custom ear tags with “Lackley Ranch” printed on them and blue Bayer fl y tags in their left ears. L&D Land and Cattle has reported 8 cow-calf pairs
and 2 calves missing from a property at County Road 460 and Choctaw Road of Woods County. The cows are black, weighing approximately 1,200 pounds each, with “MD” brands on the right hip. Each cow is paired with an un- branded/unmarked 500-pound calf. Randy Dietz from Woods County has also reported that
he is missing 9 head of unbranded black steers. The steers weigh between 600 and 800 pounds and have ear notches in the right ear. There have been other thefts reported in the area that
may be related. TSCRA Special Rangers, with the assis- tance of the Woods and Alfalfa County Sheriff’s Offi ces, are investigating these thefts. Anyone with further information leading to the arrest

DISTRICT 4 — NORTH CENTRAL OKLAHOMA Twelve Heifers Missing from Coal County Ranch TSCRA Special Ranger Bart Perrier reports the Sept.

15 theft of 12 heifers from a pasture near Coalgate in Coal County, Okla. Missing are 11 Brangus heifers and one super baldy heifer, black with a white face. The heifers weigh between 700 and 1,100 pounds each and have been weaned for 3-6 months. They have a Diamond Slash brand on the left shoulder, and a letter brand of R, J or B on the left hip, over a number brand of 14 or 15. They also have ear tags matching the brands. DISTRICT 5 — EASTERN OKLAHOMA Bull, Heifer Missing from Mayes County Property TSCRA Special Ranger John Cummings reports 2
head of cattle missing from a pasture near Locust Grove in Mayes County, Okla. Missing since Sept. 1 are an 18-month-old black bull, weighing approximately 1,000 pounds, with a blue ear tag; and a reddish-black white- faced heifer, weighing approximately 1,500 pounds. The heifer was heavy bred when the cattle went missing. She has black around the eyes and a white belly.
Five Cattle Missing from Claremore Area Cummings reports 5 head of cattle missing from a
pasture near Claremore in Rogers County, Okla. The cattle were last seen Sept. 25. Taken were a 5-year-old black cow; 2 16-month-old black calves weighing approximately 800 pounds each; a 9-month-old black white-faced bull calf weighing 500 pounds; and a 9-month-old white calf weigh- ing 400 pounds. DISTRICT 11: NORTH TEXAS Six Black Heifers Missing from Quinlan TSCRA Special Ranger Troy McKinney reports 6
head of bred fi rst-calf heifers, black and weighing 800 to 900 pounds each are missing from a property at Quinlan. These cattle are not branded and do not have ear tags.
