RIGHT: The Florida Northern is one of three railroads operated by the Pinsly Railroad Company in the Sunshine State, running over the former CSX Ocala Subdivision. From Ocala, where the interchange to CSX is located, the railroad runs north to Lowell and south to Candler. On December 5, 2014, Genesee & Wyoming Industries petitioned the Surface Transportation Board to acquire the Pinsley railroads. On February 11, 2015, GP18 No. 59 makes its way down Osceola Street in Ocala. The signal protects a diamond with CSX, located about a block north of the end of the street trackage.

BELOW: The Sandersville Railroad traces its history back to 1893 and has been hauling kaolin and clay ever since. The railroad serves several customers in its namesake Georgia town and interchanges with Norfolk Southern at Tennile, just three miles away. On December 11, 2014, SW1500 is in charge of a long cut of cars retrieved from customers north of town and is passing the Robin Spring Baptist Church on its way to the NS interchange.
