new tooling, Moloco delivers 12 unique examples from both Bx- 94 and Bx-97 classes. The pri- mary spotting feature between the Bx-94 versus the Bx-97 is in the design of the door stops for the plug door — two door stops per side. Bx-94s feature a door stop design consisting of a ver- tical bracket mounted in a hori- zontal C-channel. Bx-97 cars dif- fer in that the vertical bracket for each door stop is mounted over a simple rectangular slab of steel. Though seemingly a subtle varia- tion, it is very pleasing to see that a manufacturer has gone through the added expense of tooling both versions for discerning modelers.
