Well, what a few weeks it has been. It feels like the team at Gold Medal has well and truly been globe- trotting! I was delighted to attend the ITT Conference, held at the Waldorf Astoria in Ras Al Khaimah – a fantastic hotel and a really stunning destination which is quickly becoming one of the top places to visit in the UAE. It was great to see so many industry colleagues coming together and a highlight for me was definitely Dame Tanni Grey-Thompson – what an inspiration!

MegaFam

Gold Medal fam goes down under Our recent Aussie MEGA Fam has just returned to the UK and I have heard all about what a fantastic time they had down under in Northern Territory and

Tropical North Queensland. It sounds like the Kings Canyon Rim Walk was a firm favourite among the group and highlighted what a great addition Kings Canyon is to any Red Centre itinerary. And, of course, the day spent out on the Great Barrier Reef sounds spectacular – I’m so jealous of the group that went scuba diving! We love getting agents out into destinations so they can sample product and really learn how to sell it on to customers – so much so that we have another MEGA Fam up our sleeve…keep a lookout for more information soon.

Welcome to our office! We recently welcomed 40 agents to our headquarters in Preston for another Access All Areas product training event. It is a great opportunity for agents to find

out more about Gold Medal and, of course, our valued supplier partners. On this occasion DTCM, Jumeirah Hotels, Veranda & Heritage Resorts, Emirates, United Airlines and Air Canada joined us for what was a great event, with 100% of agents saying they would recommend it to a colleague – wow, what amazing feedback! If you would like to be on the guest list for the next Access All Areas, please email accessallareas@goldmedal.co.uk
