Workpiece processing requires movement in three axes which can be implemented in one single cable carrier by using ROBOTRAX. ROBOTRAX is designed like a spinal column and therefore it’s suitable for swivel and circular movements. The new Stainless Steel C10 Force Sensor provides maximum precision in compressive force measurement, for even the most demanding of environments. The new sensor offers 75 ppm and presents excellent linearity and hysteresis values. The sensors accuracy classes, which are between 0.03 and 0.06, depending on the nominal force which ranges from 2.5 kN to 1 MN, can be freely configured according to the application with a variety of options.

New maXYmos NC for monitoring and controlling Kistler NC servo press modules
he new Type 5847 maXYmos NC represents a significant improvement to the capabilities of the Kistler NC servo press modules. The maXYmos NC will monitor, evaluate and document the XY characteristics of joining and press-fit processes using the force and displacement data from the servo press module. The new version extends the capability of the NC Servo Press system to monitor and control the shape of the measurement curves against a defined profile in real-time. A significantly greater degree of control in terms of position, velocity and force, is possible compared with equivalent hydraulic systems. As a result, optimum cycle times can be achieved with the highest degree of process repeatability.
