28 Universal Audio Apollo Interfaces
Universal Audio’s Apollo range of Thunderbolt/FireWire ready audio interfaces deliver extremely high-resolution sound, with the lowest THD and the highest dynamic range in a durable, road-ready housing. Built on Universal Audio’s heritage in analogue circuitry design, Apollo combines leading edge A/D conversion, and powerful real-time UA Processing with near zero latency (sub-2ms).
Apollo’s onboard DSP Acceleration takes on the job of the host processor, freeing up your computer and enabling larger mixes and lighting fast tracking and mixing. Apollo lets you mix and record in real-time with the UAD Powered Plug-in collection of classic analogue emulations through transparent, digitally-controlled analogue mic preamps and a full complement of I/O options.
The standard in high-res Apollo
Apollo is a powerful 18 x 24 interface featuring eight channels of analogue-
to-digital conversion via mic, line, or high-impedance inputs with sample rates of 24-bit/192 kHz. Four high-resolution analogue mic preamps are
provided, in addition to 10 channels of digital I/O and 14 analogue outputs. Offered with DUO or QUAD SHARC processing, two Apollos can be combined for 16 analogue inputs/outputs and 12 digital inputs/outputs.

The flagship Apollo 16 audio interface delivers world-class conversion with 16 x 16 analogue I/O. The ultra fast speed of Apollo 16 is combined with superior sonic reproduction, 24-bit/192 kHz performance, flexible routing and powerful onboard UAD-2 QUAD processing. Two Apollo 16 units can be connected via MADI, resulting in a 32 x 32 analogue I/O system.
