The Stereo Video Mic X is a truly professional on-camera microphone that captures broadcast quality audio with high levels of resistance to RF interference. A matched pair of ½” true-condenser capsules, configured in a stacked X-Y configuration are housed in an all-metal construction for capturing a highly immersive soundscape in the most demanding applications.
Professional-grade balanced outputs are offered in the side of the body, in addition to the RF shielded 3.5mm stereo output cable. Superior protection from wind noise, unwanted vibrations, knocks and bumps is ensured via an outer dome structure that provides physical protection for the sensitive capsules, and an integrated Rycote Lyre shock- mounting system. Topping off these professional options are level adjustment controls (-10dB or +20dB), a high-pass filter (0/75/150Hz) and a high-frequency boost (+6dB @ 5kHz).
