TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT CENTER (TSC) – TSC provides technical assistance for DePaul-supported software, systems and services, including DePaul ID Cards. Consider TSC your first point of contact when you have a technical problem.


TSC has many locations around the university to assist you. In addition, the TSC’s Help Desk offers virtual support via telephone, email and a self-service website. Services provided at all locations include: • Account and password support • Wired and wireless network support • Student email account assistance • Telephone connectivity on campus • Campus print service support


• Windows and Mac desktop and laptop support • General technical support for DePaul applications


Additional services, such as assistance with personal


computers and mobile devices, are available via the Genius Squads on the Lincoln Park and Loop campuses. At these locations, technicians can assist with data recovery, operating system installation, hardware upgrades, wireless assistance, virus and spyware removal and general system maintenance. The ID Card Services locations can assist with issuing and replacing DePaul ID cards and Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) U-Passes.
