Before you book, take a moment to read through the Frequently Asked Questions (pages 104-107) and the Booking Conditions (pages 108-113) which can also be found at www.ncl.co.uk. Because when you book, you’re agreeing to enter into a contract with Norwegian Cruise Line, based on these Booking Conditions on your behalf and on behalf of everyone included in the reservation. Once you’ve made your booking, we’ll give you a Norwegian Cruise Line reservation number, which you’ll need to quote any time you contact us.


INFORMATION YOU‘LL NEED 1. Cruise: Ship name, UK departure date and number of nights. 2. Stateroom or Suite: Stateroom or Suite category, double bed or twin beds. 3. Personal details for each guest travelling:


• That’s full name and title including any middle names as shown on passport, date of birth, passport number, date and place of issue and expiry date


• Home address, including postcode, telephone number, e-mail address and emergency contact details – the name and telephone number of someone we could contact while you’re away – and next of kin


• Latitudes Rewards membership number – do let us know if you’ve cruised with us before and tell us your Latitudes Rewards membership number, if you know it.


4. Fly-Cruise UK departure airport: Please advise which airport you wish to fly from. Connecting flights must be within 24 hours of international flight. Please note that we cannot guarantee airline seats. Let us know if you have a frequent flyer membership number for the airline you are flying with (please note that airline membership upgrades are not available and airline points and rewards cannot be used towards the cost of your holiday).


5. Flight upgrades: If you want to travel in style, just let us know at the time of booking.


6. Travel insurance: See opposite page and www.ncl.co.uk/insurance.


7. Special occasions: You’ll find details of our special occasion packages and gifts on page 102 and by visiting www.ncl.co.uk. Just let us know at time of booking which package you would like.


8. Special requirements: Please let us know if any of the following apply to you or anyone in your reservation:


• Dietary requirements • Pregnancy • Physical disability or restricted mobility • Other special requirements.


9. Payment details: You can pay by cheque, bank transfer, American Express® MasterCard®


or Visa®


the card number, name on card, expiry date and three-digit security code on back of card (four-digit number on front of card for American Express). To confirm your chosen holiday, we need a deposit as shown here or full payment if booking after balance due date.

The balance of the holiday cost must be received by us not later than the balance due date, which is 60 days before the start of the holiday for all cruises (full payment for categories H1-H9, S1-S7, S9 and SA-SJ is required 90 days before). The balance due date will be shown on the confirmation invoice.


Personal Details: Norwegian Cruise Line is registered under the Data Protection Act. The information you provide when making a reservation may be used to provide you with periodic NCL (Bahamas) Ltd. cruise updates and special offers and we ask that you advise us if you would not like to receive these.


>For all Fly-Cruise reservations a non refundable APC (ATOL Protection Contribution) will also be collected at time of booking. This forms part of the total cost of your holiday. This amount is currently £2.50 per person (subject to change).

YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATION


Norwegian Cruise Line will send you or your travel agent (as applicable) a booking confirmation showing full details of your holiday and the fare payable. Please check this carefully and if there are any discrepancies, please let us know immediately by contacting Guest Services on 0845 201 8907. Otherwise administrative charges may apply to any alteration/s that need to be made.


PLAN YOUR CRUISE WITH MY NCL


It’s so easy to tailor-make your holiday. Pre-book shore excursions, dining, beverage packages, entertainment (Breakaway-Class ships and N. Epic only) and more – all with only a simple visit to My NCL via www.ncl.co.uk/prebook. If you are using My NCL for the first time, the initial step is to create an account. In order to do so you will require the name of your ship, sailing date and reservation number.


ONLINE CHECK-IN AND EDOCS


Once your booking is confirmed and paid in full, you can use My NCL to complete your Online Check-In. Upon completion, you can download your eDocs, that act as your boarding pass and include your cruise ticket and if applicable flight itinerary, pre-cruise hotel and transfer vouchers.
