Having graduated Oconee County High School and at-


tended the University ofGeorgia, Linda Carol was working for UGA in 1983 when she ran into Brenda, who encour- aged her to get her real estate license. Upon receiving her real estate license that same year, she placed her license at Ivey & Company in Athens, with Marion Ivey at the helm as broker. After five years with Ivey & Company, Linda Carol had the opportunity to open a new company and be- come the principal broker at Jennings Mill Real Estate Company, which she ran for 16 years. In 2003, she, along with several other REALTOR
