DIRECTORS INTERESTED MUST PROVIDE A PROPOSAL WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AND MEET THE SPECIFIED CRITERIA:
• Basic Skills Program must have 100 Basic Skills memberships with U.S. Figure Skating • Director must have more than three years of experience • Please include mission of program
• Director must show implementation of two or more U.S. Figure Skating programs. Example: Bridge, TOI, Synchro, Special Olympics, Adults
• Director must show creativity in the marketing and promoting of his or her Basic Skills program
• Director much show the incorporation of materials from U.S. Figure skating to assist in the marketing of the program
• Please include three recommendations from staff members who directly report to you as the director

The Outstanding Director will receive a U.S. Figure Skating director jacket and recognition during the membership report at Governing Council in May. Airfare and hotel will be provided for the director.
