Withit was started in 1991 as a family enterprise by Dolph Zahid in Brighton. It excelled in selling locally designed t-shirts alongside other gift items. Bradley Caines came on board, and by 1998 the Withit characters
were born. Its big licensing break came in 2001 when it was approached by WH Smith at BLE for a back to school fashion stationery line. Now with Richard Woolf on board to handle licensing, the firm continues to branch out, winning admiration from the judges for its success in such a competitive category.
