Whether you’re a first-time or experienced visitor, WTM can be a daunting event so here are some useful tips to help you get the most out of your visit.
Register and receive all pre-event information 1 Log on to
www.wtmlondon.com and pre-register – the WTM website will keep you up-to-date with all aspects of the event and help you get involved with all the social media discussion and debate.
Ensure you go to the correct entrance 2 Print your e-badge – it will make gaining entry to WTM so much easier and the correct entrance to WTM for you will be noted clearly on your e-badge.
Plan your diary in advance 3 Start using My WTM – with this tool you can really make WTM your event, allowing you to simply manage your diary, identify seminars and speakers that are relevant to you and start connecting with the people who can help your business.
Identify who you want to see and when 4 Download the WTM App – whether you have an iPhone, Android, iPad or other mobile devices, WTM is always with you. The app allows you to update your diary on the move as well as adding events and refining your WTM experience.
Keep updated on social media and email 5 Use the technology – look out for updates on WTM

Book your travel and accommodation 6 Plan your travel early – there’s loads of information on travel & accommodation in and around London on the WTM website as well as a handy Transport for London journey planner. Go direct to www.world-travel-market-
hotels.co.uk for a wide range of accommodation at your fingertips.
Don’t get lost in ExCeL London 7 Find your way around – WTM is huge so use the map with the WTM App to plan your route within ExCeL. And make sure you give yourself a breather inbetween appointments! You can also pick up a printed WTM Route Planner at the event and the WTM Catalogue which include lots of helpful information – from seminar programmes to floorplans and a comprehensive exhibitor listing, ensure you plan ahead and have a really successful event.
