international shopping-center developer with over 70 assets under management with an open-market value of €5.8 billion. He has worked in the retail industry for over 10 years, researching shopping centers and focusing on development conceptualization, consumer dynamics, merchandising mix and rental sustainability. Mr. Terra earned his Master’s in Business Administration in Marketing from Youngstown State University, Ohio, and currently manages a team of experienced researchers, conducting market feasibility studies in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Asia) and South America regions.
