5. You have a new brochure, what is new for this year? Yes, we launched a new catalogue in May which featured over 100 new products. Generally more LED items were our focus, ones which have been designed in-house. Our company has one of, if not the largest, design resource in the country enabling us to develop ranges in accordance with market trends, but maintaining our competitive edge.


One such range is our Shield Plus which was launched in this catalogue, a unique screwless installation fire rated downlight range, which saves time and ultimately money for end users. The catalogue also saw a large amount of

data enhancement; technical information and image updates to ensure it remains a user friendly guide for customers. Combine this with our Webshop, which we believe is one of the best in the industry and is constantly evolving to ensure it provides an enhanced amount of information on every product within the range.


6. What does the future hold? The past two and a half years have been about preparing the business for the longer term. We have invested time, money and resource to provide the platform that will enable the business to quadruple in size by 2020. We are focusing on personnel and internal infrastructure to ensure we are in a position to continue to cope with the level of growth we have seen over recent years. Just some of the services we have introduced over the last few years include the Widget, a desktop application for live stock information and launching the


Webshop which enables customer orders to be processed 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. As well as dedicated marketing support for customers, providing bespoke campaigns, point of sale and even own branded catalogues.
