members. Fifty-six percent of drops come from ranches that have been members less than 3 years. The RAP team leaders evaluated several strategies to improve “onboarding” and help engage new members. • Focus on Regions 5 and 6.
Fifty-seven percent of drops in 2012 came from Regions 5 and 6. We will spend more time in these regions conducting events and reinforcing TSCRA’s value to these members. • Continue implementing the
membership components of the Director Engagement Plan. Ad- opted at the fall meeting, the en- gagement plan has been partially implemented. The RAP team leaders agreed that fully implementing this plan was important to continued membership growth. • Complete implementation
of electronic payment options. TSCRA staff is in the fi nal stages of implementing the fi rst membership system upgrade in 13 years. Once completed, members and prospects will have more convenient payment and membership management op- tions. I’d like to recognize and thank
