Feltrim Developments NA Inc is looking for a Senior Accountant. We operate a full service real estate management, development and sales operation encompassing nearly 1,000 units and over $250m worth of assets under management.
The successful candidate will be an Accountant with significant professional experience in a professional
accounting department. Knowledge & experience of Property Management/Development and Resort/Hotel environments will be an advantage.
The role involves managing your own suite of companies from initial transactions & reconciliations through to accounts preparation to final TB stage, management accounts preparation and analysis as well as business analysis and systems development. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be adaptable and hands-on and possess excellent accounting skills. Expertise with Excel is essential to the role.
The successful candidate will have a US Bachelors Degree in Accounting (or equivalent) and have at least 5 years relevant professional experience. An attractive salary and benefits package applies.

Property Investment Consultant
Salary: £ 20,000 basic + commission Location: West Yorkshire
This is the perfect opportunity for a bright person with some sales experience along with plenty of energy and enthusiasm. A positive attitude is critical, as is a confi dent, sociable manner. You’ll also need the desire and ability to learn quickly.
You will be making calls and visits to existing and potential investors on behalf of this professional property investment company based in Yorkshire.
