Property Investment Consultant
Salary: £ 18,000 basic + commission Location: Buckinghamshire
This very successful company specialises in international property investment and has offi ces in in the UK and overseas. They are looking to recruit a property investment consultant.
Based in Buckinghamshire within commuting distance of London, this position would suit a motivated and charismatic individual interested in property sales and earning a lot of money! No cold calling is involved but tenacity and a superb telephone manner is required.
Experience in sales, particularly investment products, would be preferred but if you have the right attitude, please contact us. As well as full training and support, you will enjoy a good basic salary and uncapped commission with realistic earnings exceeding £60,000 per annum.

Business Development Manager
Salary: £ 18,000 to £24,000 basic + commission Location: Buckinghamshire
Are you articulate and hard working with accuracy and good presentation skills?
Our client offers a range of property investment opportunities worldwide. They are now looking for a customer aware individual with ideally sales experience acquired in the overseas property industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing successful relationships with business partners worldwide.
The position will require occasional out of hours work including some weekends. Based about 30 minutes from London, the role offers a package with commission with expected OTE of £66,000 in your fi rst year. There is also potential to progress into senior management level if you are successful.
