Spain’s ‘Golden Visa’ confirmed at EUR 500,000
Spain’s new ‘Golden Visa’ will be off ered with homes worth €500,000 and above, it has been confi rmed.
The price point has now been ratifi ed by the council of ministers, legal specialist Cesar Garzon, of
SpanishLawConsultants.com, has told OPP Connect.
Last November, the government suggested the price point of the property-for-residency scheme might be €160,000. But recently the government has indicated properties of €500,000 or more were being considered as the entry point for the ‘Golden Visa’, which has now been confi rmed.
