A former resident of Florida, Pat Calderone now lives in the mountains on the border of North Georgia and Western North Carolina. She paints mostly in oils, sometimes in watercolor and occasionally experiments with mixed mediums. “I have a strong spiritual belief that all of life is linked. The earth, its people, its fl ora and fauna are all part of a vast, mysterious interconnected universe. My art taps into these beliefs and my natural surroundings are a source of continual inspiration.” Pat’s art and interior design business, Calderone Gallery, is located in Sky Valley, Georgia. She is also actively involved with two art organizations, the Highlands Art League of which she is Vice President, and the North Georgia Art League.
