Yoga which has all the great benefi ts of regular Yoga. It improves joint mobility, circulation, oxygenation, immune functions and back conditions as it reduces stress and promotes mental clarity and peace of mind. Participants will learn to modify and adjust Yoga poses in different settings. In a gentle therapeutic Yoga class, teachers can extend their caring attitude to those with: Injuries, pre and post-surgical procedures, physical limitations and aging-related conditions. This 3-day program is for the serious Yoga student,

ost people do not know that the dental
