After that it’s an admin meeting at 10am for 15 minutes, and then a Marketing meeting at 11am to discuss key things that we are working on at the moment like SEO, and upcoming shows we are exhibiting at including the VM and Display Show in April and Marketing Week Live in June, so getting this in order is key. finished its time for me to catch up on missed calls and messages and make calls to clients regarding candidates that have been put forward for opportunities, liaise with candidates to get them in to see clients…and talk through CV’s‐ either over the phone or face to face. We also Skype if we cannot get out and meet everyone. I am usually based at our Leicester office


on Wednesdays and Stevenage office Thursdays, so we try and meet as many candidates as we can. Being in this industry for over 16 years means we have a lot of

Today I’ll have a meeting with Rob and go through any notes and start to discuss how we will progress with the next three roles they have given us to work on. Even when I’ve left the office for the day, I never truly switch off and my mind is constantly on the go thinking about suitable candidates for companies and
