TUBE & CASING
Flexible production solu- tions are required for pro- ducing the threads on casing and pumping pipes. EMAG relies on the USC series here. The diff erent machine sizes allow pi- pes of varying sizes to be machined in full with external and internal threads to API and GOST standards. They can also produce company specifi c threads and integral connectors.
DRILL BITS
The experts from EMAG ensure that drill wheels and bits can be machined pro- perly by providing customi- zed machine and system concepts. Drill wheels are prepared internally and ex- ternally in two clamping operations on machines of the VSC series. The bearing seats of the drill wheels are hard-turned on VSC machi- nes or ground on VSC DS series machines. Precision and fast processes come as standard on all of them.
