Unlocking staff potential
More than 250 new and experienced team leaders have already gained formal development expertise via the ECA Management Development programme. The feedback from many is that it has transformed their approach to leading their team, boosting team performance and improving business efficiency.
Relevant Built around the job roles and operating environment of industry supervisors and managers (existing or potential), the programme is open to relevant personnel working in electrical contracting, building services and construction firms.
Recognised The programme is recognised in its own right by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), and delegates can opt in or out of gaining a recognised CMI qualification.
n Supervisors Four training days over two months – aimed at individuals who are aspiring supervisors, newly promoted or existing supervisors who have never received formal development for their role supervising others. n Managers Six modules over six months – aimed at owners, directors and managers who employ or manage staff. An eye-opening learning process that will allow you to reflect on your own leadership style, with a view to getting the most from your people, while complying with the relevant laws. Delegates can take either or both stages as required. Co-designed and taught by Jaluch, HR and management training specialists.
