Gluten Allergy—or Are You Harboring Fungus? W

e can easily identify your problem! Gluten is a protein found in grains such as wheat, rye and barley. It gives dough its elasticity and creates a chewy texture in the fi nal product. I’ve known many people who are deathly allergic to gluten, a condition

which can lead to celiac disease. In these cases, it seemed that if even a molecule of gluten was ingested, they would be incredibly sick. Initially, when they removed gluten from their diet, they felt better. But as time progressed, their health stopped improving or continued to decline. Removing gluten helped, but many people realized they still weren’t feeling as good as they once did. So was the problem really the gluten? Or could it be mycotoxins, a poisonous by-product that is made by fungi? Mycotoxins alter and damage our DNA and are carcinogenic. Fungi and mycotoxins enter the body via certain foods and suppress the immune system. They leave the body susceptible to disease and other health issues such as digestive problems, allergies, arthritis, asthma, depression, skin rashes, joint pain, heart disease, diabetes and weight issues. These symptoms are similar to gluten intolerance, and if that doesn’t suggest a connection, consider that 85% of our immune system resides in the gut! Hmmm… that’s where experts say the majority of symptoms of gluten intolerance take place! Find out how to stop putting the food with mycotoxins into your body and how to get the fungus out and keep it out!
