Governmental Affairs Seeking Key Contacts
As another legislative session prepares to begin, the GAR Governmental Affairs Department is seeking out members who have personal relationships with legislators from across the state. These members, referred to as Key Contacts, will be asked to contact their elected officials on specific issues and explain the REALTOR position and to maintain their relationship with the legislator. If you have a relationship with a legislator from Georgia please contact Jennifer Lundy at 678.597.4121 or
jlundy@garealtor.com so she can add you to our list of Key Contacts. Our legislative influence begins with you, at the grassroots level!

DONATIONS URGED
for HURRICANE SANDY VICTIMS
In November, GAR donated $5,000 to the REALTORS Relief Foundation to assist our colleagues in New York and New Jersey with recovery efforts in the wake of Hurricane Sandy. The people affected by the storm have a long way to go in their recovery efforts, and all assistance is appreciated. Please consider a donation — no amount is too small. CLICK HERE to donate today.
