NAR CODE OF ETHICS TURNS 100
2013 will mark the 100th year members of the National Association of Realtors have subscribed to a strict Code of Ethics. Though the real estate industry itself has evolved over the past century, NAR’s core values and commitment to excellence have remained constant. Home Prices Continue Their Climb in November
Housing Indicators for November are more evidence that Georgia has entered into a prolonged stabilization in the market throughout the state. Modest increases in price month after month indicate a slow but steady recovery. Indicators include:
° New Listings decreased 17percent
° Pending Sales were up 28percent
° Inventory Levels shrank 31percent
° Median Prices rose 21percent
° Average Prices rose 13percent
° Months Supply of Homes for Sale decreased 38percent
