People on the move By Jake Young

Changes at Grass Valley

MICHAEL ZABOLITZKI has been appointed managing director of Grass Valley Germany, Weiterstadt, replacing Dietmar Uhde who held the position for nearly three years. Uhde restructured the German part of Grass Valley after its acquisition by US investor Francisco Partners. With the sale of the System business to BTS broadcast technology solutions (studios, OB vans) mid-2012, the transformation of Grass Valley for the DACH region was complete. Zabolitzki takes over his new function as managing director in addition to his responsibility as head of sales for DACH. Uhde returned back to his consulting firm, Management 4 Business, a company specialised in change management in the tech sector.

However, she will continue her work with several North West organisations, most notably as a director at the Royal Exchange Theatre.
