Lana Constantine, Ariella’s Creative Director and Senior Sales Executive, grew up surrounded by fashion. Her father, the current CEO, worked in the industry long before she was even born. In fact, Achilleas Constantinou is a founder of T e British Fashion Council and a member of the Graduate Fashion Week Industry and Media Board. It seems unsurprising that Lana chose to follow a career in fashion but this was actually not always the case. Lana was actually signed by Matthew Knowles, father of Beyonce, before she broke into the fashion world. Lana is the perfect person to talk to about the celebrated brand, having worked at Ariella for eight years, learning about each side of the business and refusing to take advantage of her father’s position in the company. “Starting from the bottom and working my way up has been priceless,” she admits, “I had the opportunity to be involved in every aspect of the business from packing boxes
