IT’S… A new range of premium AV furniture, created in Spain.


DETAILS: The Cantabria range is designed for residential and commercial applications including the hospitality market, with stands already being used by some premium hotels in London, UK.


The collection consists of


AV stands and cabinets that are made from an eye- catching mix of stainless steel, toughened safety glass and MDF lacquered melaminised particle board structures. There is smooth rotation included in the pieces and they have concealed castors, and drawers with a ‘silent stop’.

DETAILS: The C2-2375A provides high-quality bidirectional conversion between a range of analogue and digital video formats. The high-resolution RGB/YPbPr output is selectable as virtually any PC or HDTV resolution and the AutoSet feature takes the hassle out of setting up by automatically sizing and positioning so that the computer image fits exactly on the video screen. The second output can be set to a completely different format and resolution.


C2-2375A PLUS 1T-CT-770 TV ONE


IT’S… The C2-2375A is a universal 3G-SDI converter and provides bidirectional conversion between analogue and digital video formats. Adding the 1T-CT- 770 3G/HD/SD-SDI to the C2-2375A gives the ability to take the SDI out and distribute it over distances of up 30km (18.6 miles) on one fibre optic cable.


The converter features TV One’s CORIO2 scaling engine, which enables the user to have control of the Zoom (x100) and Shrink features (10%) so that the image can be customised as required. Other advanced features include a Keying mode, which enables computer graphics to be laid over an external composite, YC or SDI signal. A Mix mode enables a seamless cut, wipe or fade transition between input sources. The PIP mode gives the user the ability to place a DVI-U/SDI window over a DVI-U/SDI source, and the genlock feature is SD- and HD- compatible and ensures precise synchronisation of the incoming signals. 3G/HD/SD-SDI it is possible to take the SDI out and distribute it over distances of up to 30km on a single fibre optic cable. The 1T-CT-770 supports resolutions up to 1080p, with SMPTE 424M (3G-SDI) protocols as well as SMPTE 292M (HD-SDI) and 259M (SD-SDI) also supported.


AND ALSO: Audio switching is provided to enable audio from the DVI (HDMI- compatible) input or SDI input to the DVI-U or SDI output. An optional audio module can provide AES I/O abilities as well as audio delay.
