Interior design company Hassell has introduced a modern Oriental style with a theme of blossoms for a refurbishment of 477 guestrooms and suites at Shangri- La Hotel, Sydney. For the rooms on levels four to 29,


Hassell has designed window seating so guests can relax and take in the harbour views. Others features include custom- designed furniture and more storage space for luggage. Technological enhancements include universal plugs, an iHome dock and Bluetooth media hubs, as well as sensor air-conditioning and lights that turn off when the guest leaves the room.
