From space configuration to gamifica- tion, PCMA seeks to provide high-level education and the tools necessary to create an innovative, informative, and exciting conference experience. “We are pushing the envelope on delivery; not just the format but the learning environment,” said Annual Meeting Program Committee Chair Claire Smith, CMP, vice president of sales and marketing for the Vancouver Conven- tion Centre.
