Works, Clarksville, Tenn., has reached its 100th

founded in 1912 by Tomas Bledsoe Foust. A member of the Foust family has actively owned and managed the metalcasting facility in the 100 years since its founding.

land, Ore., has announced further diversification with the purchase of RathGibson LLC. RathGibson manufactures thin-wall, nickel-alloy and stainless steel welded and seam- less tubing. Te company employs more than 500 people in facilities in Janesville, Wis.; North Branch, N.J.; and Clarksville, Ark.

embourg, has acquired 100% of the metalcasting industry supplier Miller and Co., Chicago. According to the terms of the deal, Miller will continue to operate as a separate entity within the Nizi group and trade under its existing brand. Miller’s president and chief financial officer will remain in their current positions.


Shot blast replacement parts


provider Metcast, New Berlin, Wis., announced it has launched a new website intended to better present its products and services. Te new site was developed to demonstrate the company’s range of wheel and air blast equipment and parts, while focusing on new technology.

Bridgman, Mich., has received the Gold Stake award from Cornerstone Alliance (the southwest Michigan Chamber of Commerce). Te com- pany received the award based on a 51% increase in sales between 2009 and 2011. Employment also increased by 25% in 2011. Part of the award includes recognition by the State of Michigan and Governor Rick Snyder for “outstanding accomplishments and business growth that has benefited our communities and families.”
