MINE’S A DOUBLE You can build the world of Minecraft. You can destroy it. And now, you can drink it. Falmouth-based indie Loading Café, already famed for gaming cocktails such as Deus Ex on the Beach, has produced a line of Minecraftshots to tie in with the launch of the Xbox 360 edition.
The alcoholic landscape was built in conjunction with both Minecraft creators Mojang and Microsoft. It uses 81 shot glasses and 162 measures of alcohol, including Kahlua, Baileys, Midori, Blue Curacao, rum and Sambuca. Sadly, it’s not being sold to the public but Loading owner James Dance
says he’s happy to recreate the piece if someone provides the 81 double shooters – which cost a mere £162.
